2015

Founded

We founded The Key Talent with a clear goal: help organisations make better decisions about people. From day one, the commitment was the same — talent decisions deserve evidence, not intuition.

2018–22

International expansion

We opened hubs in Portugal, Mexico, Chile and the United States. We consolidated our presence in the most relevant markets in Europe and the Americas, supporting organisations across all sectors in their talent transformation journeys.

2024–2026

Skills intelligence and AI agents

After ten years validating assessments with psychometric rigour, we had something no generic AI tool has: a real evidence base on how people behave at work. That foundation is what keeps our agents from hallucinating — they work on real data, not assumptions. It wasn't a pivot. It was the natural next step.
